REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items to be shipped are usually shipped the next business day. We use the US Postal Service’s Priority Shipping method and UPS, whichever is best for the size, weight and content of the order as well as where the package is being delivered. We will send you a tracking number via email as soon as we create it so you can be prepared to receive the package.

Due to the dated nature of Balloon Fiesta items and the short time they are available, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Refunds are not allowed except in the case goods are damaged upon receipt or if the goods are not received. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any problems. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
