Shipping policy

 

FREE PICKUP

We offer FREE in-store pickup from our Albuquerque location. Our regular hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Items earmarked for pickup are usually ready the next business day except the last 2 weeks of September through the end of Balloon Fiesta when it will take longer to process orders due to the volume of activity. Watch for an email notification before heading to the store.

NOTE: We will only hold your items for 30 days from the time of notification that your order is ready for pickup. Any orders not picked up after 30 days will be canceled and payment refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. If you have issues picking up your order within 30 days reach out to us to make other arrangements to get your order to you.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Items to be shipped are usually shipped the next business day, except during the last 2 weeks of September through the end of Balloon Fiesta when it will take longer to process and ship due to the volume of activity. We use the US Postal Service’s Priority Shipping method and UPS, whichever is best for the size, weight, and content of the order as well as where the package is being delivered. We will send you a tracking number via email as soon as we create it so you can be prepared to receive the package.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We charge shipping based on the dollar value of your order. It is automatically computed when placing your order. Some products have their own shipping cost associated with them. This is due to special packaging needed for that item. In some cases, we may contact you to adjust the shipping amount you paid (up or down) when you placed your order.
