This week on What's Up Wednesday, a little catch-up on some items that came in so late we didn't get to tell you about them, an update on restocking, and a reminder to pick up your orders.
For a couple of years now, we have offered fluffy pajama pants with a design that matched the theme of Balloon Fiesta. Many of you have been emailing, asking when this or that item might be back in stock. We can report that we have moved all the merchandise from the field back to our warehouse, and our team is now methodically working through the crates, counting, refolding, etc in preparation for populating the inventory online and in the gift shop. We're still a week or two away from completing that process. We'll let you know here on an upcoming What's Up Wednesday when we start restocking things. Please remember, though, that Balloon Fiesta is a dated event. When dated items sell out, we don't reorder. So what's left will be back in stock. If it sold out during the event, it will not be restocked. After all, we're already approving 2027 designs and expecting samples in the next few weeks.
A quick shipping update. We are now caught up on our backlog from Balloon Fiesta. Which means we're now processing and shipping orders the next business day. All orders placed during Balloon Fiesta have been processed and shipped. Check your email for notices of shipping, tracking, and delivery.
What we do have a lot of is orders placed for pickup but not picked up yet. We know. You got busy and didn't make it to the gift shop when you planned. It happens. But we only hold your orders for 30 days before they become a donation back to Balloon Fiesta. We'd much rather you have the items, so make new plans to stop by and pick up your order. Can't make it? Contact us, and we'll work something out.
Finally, there are only a handful of the Balloon Fiesta Live! 10th anniversary Crew T-shirts remaining, and only in size Large. Celebrate the Rocky Mountain Emmy-nominated show by being one of the privileged people who have this shirt.
