The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® (AIBF) Heritage Award recognizes individuals who have significantly impacted Balloon Fiesta through preserving the organization’s corporate or event history, promotion, communication, or other innovations that have been shown to help achieve AIBF’s mission statement.  This year’s award recognizes longtime AIBF Board Member and ballooning safety advocate Ray Bair.
