For 2025, General Admission tickets are available via three methods. Please read this entire page carefully as each method has different conditions and availability.
Print at Home / Electronic tickets for all areas are available through our main website at BalloonFiesta.com/Purchase-Tickets. Processing fees will be added to the cost of the ticket. Tickets will be delivered electronically for printing at home, or displayed on your mobile device for entry to the park.

Physical tickets are available both online and in the physical gift shop.
Online - General Admission tickets are available in packs of 4 tickets. There are no discounts or processing fees. Shipping will apply. If your order contains only tickets, we will use USPS First Class mail which does NOT provide tracking. If you order merchandise with your tickets, we can use other shipping methods which DO provide a tracking number. We recommend you purchase the tickets with other items to allow us to use a tracking number.

Gift Shop - General Admission tickets are available in any quantity when you come into the Gift Shop at 4401 Alameda Blvd. If you purchase 4 or more tickets, we will discount the tickets by $2.00 each. There are no processing fees. Shop hours are Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Important Information
Balloon Fiesta is a weather-dependent event and tickets are nonrefundable.
The safety of all of our Balloon Fiesta guests, including pilots and crews, will always come first regarding making decisions about whether the balloons inflate. While October is generally ideal for ballooning in Albuquerque, less-than-ideal weather at Balloon Fiesta Park or in the vicinity can sometimes prevent the balloons from inflating. If the decision to not allow the balloons to inflate is made, Balloon Fiesta will rain-check that session. You are still welcome to enjoy all of the amenities Balloon Fiesta has to offer for the remainder of the session and your ticket will be re-activated in the form of a General Admission ticket, valid for any remaining session in the current year. The status of Balloon Fiesta sessions will be available on the Website and Official App.
