What's Up Wednesday, March 25, 2026 #218

Ken Tuley ·

This week on What's Up Wednesday, our Spring Sale is winding down, we've got bags for every occasion, just 10 more days until tickets for 2026 go on sale, and we have a sneak peek at the next Pin of the Month with a special twist.

Now that spring is officially here, our Spring Cleaning Sale is winding down. There are still some great deals left on 2025 merchandise, but it won't be long before they disappear from the store forever. Whether it's jackets, t-shirts, caps, hoodies, socks, pajamas, or just balloon-related goodies, this sale is huge. Don't miss out on saving some green.

We know that many of you are thinking about some travel this year. Whether it's spring break, summer vacation, or, of course, Balloon Fiesta in October, we have a bag to accompany you. Like these Balloon Fiesta Laptop Bags. Spaceous, colorful, and comfortable, this bag is large enough to carry your laptop and all of its accessories, but also pack an overnight change of clothes. The inside is white with lots of colorful balloons, making it easier to find all those black cords we all seem to lose in our other backpacks. We think it’s a great backpack, even if you want to get away and get off the grid by leaving your tech behind.

While you're thinking about it, check out the entire collection of bags, many on sale. There are duffle bags in a number of colors, a "grocery" tote bag, cosmetic bags, and even an insulated, yet foldable/packable tote. We're pretty sure we have something for everyone and every trip.

Next week is April 1, and that means a new pin of the month. Spoiler Alert: April is also Balloon Fiesta's birthday month, and the pin reflects that event. Of course, it also means pin trading and Saturday sales. And we have some special plans for the April event. Make sure you read next week's What's Up Wednesday for all the details.

Also next week, Friday, April 3rd to be exact, tickets for the 2026 Balloon Fiesta go on sale. You'll want to be online for tickets to Gondola Club, Chasers' Club, Glamping, and Camp 505, as those areas will sell out quickly. As for those General Admission tickets, they never sell out. So you don't have to get them early. In fact, you can save money by buying them directly through Balloon Fiesta Stuff, instead of our ticketing company.  Balloon Fiesta Stuff will have 4-packs for $80 without credit card or processing fees. Just one dollar for shipping, or add it to an existing order, and there's no additional shipping cost, plus you get a tracking order. And if you come into the physical gift shop in Albuquerque, you can purchase any number of tickets, and if the quantity is more than four, the price drops to just $17 each, without additional fees. Another advantage of getting your tickets directly from Balloon Fiesta Stuff is that the ticket is a physical ticket, suitable for framing or souvenir collecting. Our Balloon Fiesta Live! Folks have put together an entire Special Edition dealing with tickets that's available for viewing right now. Check it out, before you go ticket shopping next Friday.

Thanks for your support of Balloon Fiesta and Balloon Fiesta Stuff.
