This week on What's Up Wednesday, details on all our holiday hopping hours, a preview of next week's big December Sale, and a note about picking up those orders.
Before we get started, a big Thank You to everyone who shopped during our Black Friday sale. From our stand point it was a big success. Our team was busy on Monday and Tuesday processing all those orders. And you should have been notified they are on their way, or ready for you to stop by the office and pick them up.
If you missed that sale, don't worry, we have our annual December sale coming up next week. Once again this end of the year, clearance event will be held online starting at 8pm Friday, December 13 and continue through Tuesday morning at 8am. Once again this year we'll be processing orders on Saturday and Sunday, and making them available for pick up those same days. We'll be marking down prices to their lowest level yet. So browse the store, make your shopping list, and set the alarm for Friday, the 13th, 8pm to SHOP!
Speaking of shopping hours, let's review all of our holiday shopping hours. Our online store will be open from now until Tuesday December 17 at 8 AM. There will be a short downtime on the afternoon of Friday the 13th while we mark all the prices down for the December sale, but once we close on the 17th, we'll be closed until January 1, 2025. This is due to the year-end inventory and processing that needs to take place.
Our physical gift shop at 4401 Alameda will be open for shopping and order pickup Monday - Friday from 8-5 from now through Thursday, December 12. Shopping on Friday the 13 is from 8-noon when we'll close to prepare for the December Sale. The Gift Shop will remain closed until January 2, 2025. Again this is due to the end of year processing and holidays. However, the Gift Shop will be open for PICKUP ONLY during regular hours through Friday, December 20. That means no last minute shopping, plan to finish up your Balloon Fiesta shopping by the middle of December.
Remember our team is processing and shipping orders, usually within one business day. You will get emails from our shop with the progress. If you selected pickup, you must pick up your order by Friday, December 20 at 5pm. To complete the year-end processes, orders not pickup by then will be canceled with your payment and items donated to our non-profit status.
Remember that special pick up hours will be available on Saturday and Sunday, Dec 14, 15. 9-5 and 9-2 respectively. If for some reason, it is impossible for you to pick up your order, please contact us at giftshop@balloonfiesta.com. We can make arrangements to get your order to you.
