Each week, we'll let you know what's happening at Balloon Fiesta Stuff, including specials, deals, and insider information so you can be the first to know what's coming and when it will be available in the months ahead. We hope you enjoy the weekly read.

Thanks to everyone who attended Balloon Fiesta in person, or watched Balloon Fiesta Live! online. While official numbers won't be available for a little bit, initial indications are huge crowds, and a record number of views online. Sales for the event exceeded last year, and many of you took advantage of our discount code for BFLive! viewers. Thanks!

However, as good as sales were, we have some 2024 merchandise left. We are already working to consolidate the inventory from the 6 locations open during the event to the two locations that run all year. Online and our physical gift shop. That means that things that may have "sold-out" online could be restocked in the next couple of weeks.

The first items you'll see back in stock are pins and patches. Not every pin and patch will be available as some did sell out. However, the remaining inventory of pins and patches should be back online by the time you read this. Of course, the official program and 2025 calendar were never out of stock online and remain available for purchase.

One insider tip on purchasing pins. They go on sale in early July. That's the time to buy them. One, you'll be assured of receiving your favorite pins, and two, we get an idea of what's going to be popular, which gives us the opportunity to reorder before the event. If you wait until the last minute to order, we don't have this opportunity. The same idea applies to all our merchandise. So as we announce and release 2025 items here on What's Up Wednesday, consider purchasing them quickly.

Finally, remember that in addition to merchandise created just for the 2024 event, we have a year-round line of merchandise. This line features Balloon Fiesta without the date and is great for wearing anytime without dating yourself.
