This week on What's Up Wednesday, initial sales indicators and new inventory added online.

While we are still tallying up all the numbers surrounding Balloon Fiesta 2024, all indications are it was a huge success. Not only did we have 14 green flag sessions, but attendance appears to be up, Balloon Fiesta Live! views topped one million views, and sales numbers at Balloon Fiesta Stuff are also higher than in previous years. Thank you to everyone who attended, purchased or even watched Balloon Fiesta Live! Mark your calendars now for Balloon Fiesta 2025, October, 4-12.

As many of you know, we provide jackets to a number of groups associated with Balloon Fiesta. This includes Navigators (volunteers), Sponsors and Pilots. And in order to be able to fill the variety of sizes, we over-order. Now that Balloon Fiesta is over, all those additional jackets, have now been put online and are available for purchase. All of these jackets, except the Special Shapes jacket,  have the Embrace The Sky design fully embroidered on the back.

The Sponsor jackets are a 3 in 1 design. The outer parka has a detachable hood, the inner jacket is a fleece. Wear them separately or as one jacket for when it gets really cold. And don't forget the matching ball cap. In the same colors as the jacket with the Embrace The Sky logo on the front. You'll match perfectly with the set.

The Pilot jackets are a beige cloth jacket, made of a Carhartt style fabric. This medium weight jacket was a hit with our pilots. It's available with either the event or special shapes logo embroidered on the back. There is also a pilot vest. Same material but in a complementary light blue color. Consider getting both to mix and match depending on the temperature.

The Navigators also received a matching jacket and vest. The color scheme on these items is a maroon. The vest is a fleece material, while the jacket is a more of light to medium weight item. The Embrace The Sky logo looks really great on the back of this jacket.

Because these are in effect, over stocked, sizes are limited and when they are gone, they are gone. 

Finally, a number of you placed orders for pickup at our gift shop in the past few weeks. Here's a reminder that you need to stop by during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9-5 and pick up your orders. Remember we only hold orders for pick up for 30 days before returning them to our stock, with a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Please contact before your 30 days run out if there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from picking up your order.
